Exactly what tasks will be shifted over to team leads now? I have a problem w/immature leads who like to gossip and attack people having access to personal information....

I say let the team leads run the store and only 1 manager the other managers only wanna just roam around trying to look important stressing the leads

If everyone is sleeping with your leads then don't complain on here and call ethics for God's sake.

TLs will be in charge of hiring, I9, and coachings. Probably anything in their area PTC would have handed to you manager will be handed to you. Meal exceptions for example. MSS will be able to do interviews for front end positions and I9 (anyone else that gets the I9 CBL means you could be doing paperwork also) and will likely work the meal exceptions and pink slips like they already do. MSS don't have access to coaching except for the Lead MSS.

That would be my guess. Probably in charge for CBLs too. Yay. -.-

In my store the leads are all men and if you’re not sleeping with one of them on the side then they treat you like c-ap.

Leads should have to re-interview for their position. So they can make sure to have the right people in those spots. But since there is slim pickens, chances are that those leads would keep their positions.

Typically they hold that position for 60 days until they can find a new position. If they can’t be placed in a new position by then, then they must be terminated.
