Wondering whether there is anyone out there who took the VSP, with a December 28th date; applied for unemployment (in Massachusetts); was disqualified from collecting; appealed; and has had their hearing.

Just had my hearing and denial was confirmed in Mass.
Any confirmed cases of vsp-er getting approved in Massachusetts for unemployment? I was denied initially and appealed, but have not had the hearing yet.
I heard from someone that did take the VSP that initially they were denied unemployment, but - then approved, once it came to light that a release was signed (and part of the equation).
