Here’s the truth - an effective manager should be able to get his or her projects done in a 50 hour work week. The Company knows this. The Company at the same time is continuing to slash hours in the store to save money. Not enough ASMs were staying over or coming in early to make up for the reduction of hours, so this is the Company’s workaround to get ASMs to stay and work longer hours. This has been in the works for quite sometime now and the reason I left my DHR position several months ago. The Company has the “do more with less” mentality that has store morale in the toilet. It’s not getting any better until our CEO resigns.
