Car count and velocity both lower and continue to slip downwards. How is this good? Stock is only up because the hostile investors are getting what they want.

The car count will continue to drop as more of the less-desired customers are driven away. The velocity isn’t an actual concern now as the railroad is obviously in a conversion period between the old way and PSR. Nobody cares (but they will continue to preach that it’s important) until they get where they want to be.
