There are still too many of us in the Finance Teams in Basking Ridge. I cannot believe that we all think these massive spreadsheets are making us productive. That is all we do all day and the compare them to the same one produced in another team.

keep that pivot table
Start looking at the old and new FsG, spend with contractors on programs with low or no ROI and span for directors. Definitely room to inprove.
