What’s going on with the Severance Policy at Sam’s? Does anyone know the facts about this policy changing? Depending on the Severance Pay could determine if some PTC’s are staying or leaving.

Just pull it up on the wire. It's not changed. 1-3 years = 3 weeks. 4 or more = 1 week for each year of service up to 40 wks.

If the only reason your still at SC is because your waiting for your job to be eliminated for a pay day, then get out.
To the bully that is calling associates I’d—ts you need to calm down! These associates believed in a company that is now eliminating their jobs. Try to put yourself in their shoes & you might understand what it’s like to go through what they are going through right now.
Maybe all the id--ts sitting around waiting for their replaceable jobs to be eliminated and waiting on a severance payday will finally just leave.
