He screams at associates in aisles, visits the stores on the manager’s day off, goes postal if you point out flaws in his ideas, is totally random during visits.
He is the one who came up with code 5 for cashier lines instead of code 3 to save cashier hours. That resulted in the lowest survey scores ever recorded and cost us bonus for two years now.

Visit the store ask about issues. Walk the store. Help with issues. Leave a list of things reviewed during walk and visit that need done before next visit. Help management understand what’s going on outside the box.

Indiana market 846. He is psychotic. You can hear him cursing during conference calls. I've never understood if product is selling and in front of the customer he takes it away. I know this is the Lowes way so maybe it makes sense.
