Thread regarding Chevron Corp. layoffs

Wow, Chevron Is Good At Cover-ups

Did you see that in a blink of an eye? A law firm posted on here providing free assistance to HES Employees that felt discriminated against and Chevron shut them down. You go b--ch. Show those legal trollers who is boss. Long live the HES Empress. "resistance is futile"

This forum site is large enough that it is pulling in millions in ad revenue for whoever started it, probably a laid off employee. They don’t want lawsuits or drama which kill the golden goose, so they will delete stuff they don’t like. The voting buttons help them automate the flagging process.

Several posters crossed the line of acceptable speech in this forum. This is not the place to trash leadership or to name persons with hyper critcal bi#$% sessions. Yes, you can express your opinions, concerns, and perspectives. However, this is not the appropriate forum to act like a child and throw stones at managment or senior level employees. What can they do? Have your foolishness deleted, as apparently and repeatedly they have chosen to do. Surprised, don't be. Just be honest and try to participate in a constructive discussion. Otherwise you will be censored due to intolerable acts and unproductive musings. Isn't is obvious, this is not Reddit. This forum is monitored and critiqued. Just state your case and try to state your concerns earnestly.

Chevron PGPA should not call people names.

XCR is correct. That post should not have advertised their phone number.

I do agree that Chevron should look into these claims of discrimination. If a case is filed and the court looks back and finds a credible post for help but Chevron failed to investigate, it could most certainly be considered as turning a blind eye. The question you have to ask yourself, is this website credible? If Chevron has interacted with the site, and they have requested posts to be removed, that would show the corporation is fully aware of the claim regardless if it was true or false and they must investigate. They have lost the ability to use plausible deniability.

That would happen on any of these threads for any company about any service. It's against site policy to advertise (without paying, like the "paid" for" ones that you see do). Your point?
