Very interesting that the only post removed from this site was the post that stated a dsd announcement was made. The 100’s of posts stating management is aware retailers are phasing out dsd, management is lying, rally meeetings are an attempt to conceal up all the red flags pointing to the end of dsd, etc., etc., haven’t been removed. 🤔, hummmm wonder why? Maybe cause it’s true. Of it weren’t wouldn’t they remove all the posts? Retailers wouldn’t be investing in CAO if they weren’t moving towards ending dsd as we know it!! Looks like warehouse is coming sooner rather than later people.
Your HR rep was there to make sure no one spilled the beans. How often do they send someone like that to the meetings.
Oh, well if HR was there and told you that, than it must be true 🤣. Can you imagine how busy HR will be soon? They sure have a motive to deceive now don’t they? When everyone jumps ship, they will scramble to backfill PT help and wow, the doors will blow off with people begging to take a job where they know they won’t be long. Lies, lies, and more lies! Big business 101!!

Interesting that management is so concerned about this site and people’s speculation on things. Dirk could end all this speculation if he were to come forward and simply confirm his findings from the strategic review in regards to the direction we are moving with dsd. Not the “we are committed to dsd” since we know that’s irrelevant. Maybe a more solid announcement and commitment to dsd along the lines of “after our review and in partnership with our retailers dsd will continue through.....”. They can easily fill in the blank with facts. There are contracts that would confirm this. The simple lack of information is very telling. “We are committed to dsd means absolutely nothing”. Meanwhile our two largest retail partners are investing in CAO and building warehouses that as they say, will house vendor product. Mondelez is working hard to conceal things!! Wonder why?
