Curious as to what type of raise if any you got when accepting a department supervisor spot. This applies to former LP only. Hearing a lot of mixed signals around the market.

All LPS were hated, if you took another position within the company, good luck to you. You will have 0 respect from your co workers. The managers will harass you until you quit.

In the next few months you’ll be doing all the work. While your managers sit in their offices laughing. Good luck with your 10 $ hourly employees. Better get used to pushing carts.
Loss in pay and more work.. I was making 19.30 an hour after 15 yrs.. good luck .. 😆😆
Someone still employed with the company posting this.. lol... you know what you got? A bunch of b---s--- and promises. You’ll be out of Of a job in a year.. good luck with your additional stores that have been trashed by managers, ultimately will be your fault.
This is probably not the right venue right now to ask this, but to my knowledge, the only thing you got was a laptop and and a pat on the head. If your lucky you got a 5% raise. Good luck with your additional 5 stores.
