Last weeks realignment and some Clarification

Here is what we know as of today. I am reading and seeing that a lot of people have a few details mixed up.

-40 markets now used to have 48-50 markets( they have to hire 7 market Managers to get back to 40)

-8 regions used to have 5 regions

-All Fresh Market Managers positions eliminated

-We still have Market Assistant but only 40 as the markets were reduced.

Market Mangers were let go because of several reasons, however their markets use of technology was a big determination in the decision. Markets who had poor use of CIM, Own your Inventory, FFA, FST, and the notes app as well as bad club visits were the first markets to lose the Market Manager. With that being sad a Few of them were let go of different reasons.

The Company is serious about Technology and the the clubs and Markets who do not use will see a lot of turnover going forward. The Markets and Club who is technology will have less turnover.

I'm sure they're going to announce marketing getting outsourced on a rumor sight.

Do you know why we prefer the Smart System from 1990 and the telxons? Because they work. The whole system is clunky and time consuming. And that's assuming its not connecting and disconnecting from the wifi constantly. That being said, I would really like to shake the hand of the person who sold this to the company. Especially the one that developed the algorithm for drop lists. That this person convinced home office they solved the salesman's dilemma is truly amazing.

Once and for all ...IS MARKETING BEING OUTSOURCED?????? Can anyone give a straight answer, very tired of all the rumors!!!

If this company wants to utilize technology then they need to provide the tools for associates to do their jobs. I have to beg to use a TC70 to complete my "Own My Inventory". Ridiculous. We don't even have enough radios and most of the ones we do have are c-ap. They are broken, don't have buttons or antennas.

Those tc70 are trash. Never works, and takes too long to load. Overnights can never find any because people during the day hide them and there’s never enough for people to use them.

Well maybe if their technology actually worked and functioned properly managers and associates would be more inclined to utilize it.
