Why is it that when you ask a Manager a Question they don't know anything? 2 %, Sam's share , schedules, call out's , so on and so on!

Because we literally don’t know and if we did we will not risk our positions. Gossip spreads like wildfire and before you know it they walking me out the door.

Honestly ,
Most times including the Club Manager they are in the dark until the very last minute.
Then they will be told , usually only when it’s absolutely required. As for most of the time they operate on rumors and speculation. Some of which turns out to be true, most of which is garbage. So don’t fault them for not knowing or being much help. They are most often as uninformed as associates sadly..
2% lol Everyone I know got around 1.98-1.99% cutting us to fill their pockets.
Shrink is out of control because it’s the cashiers not ringing sh-- in. Those 6 registers they put in is really f---ing shrink up hahahah. You know we have honest members who always ring up through scan and go and self check out.
hahahaha...they never know anything that you NEED to know...none of them can help you do your job RIGHT...when they do try to do something they try to do it super fast as if to prove how it should be done, but , in so doing they usually only half way do the thing or damage stuff in the process....
Yeah...in our club management always says..." let me look into that and I'll get back to you".
They know they want tell you because you can't handle the truth.
The P.T.C would know. Which reminds me, how's your club doing without the cash office? Ours is missing moneys.
If you had a P.T.C they would know!!!!!
That's why we don't need them!!
