I would love to know what the district and regional staff does all day. As an asm I can tell you what I do. Replenishment, ring register, sell beyond plus, beyond stores, motivate my staff, do projects, rotations, freight, bfo, cds, ropus, help customers. And is all before lunch.

Cut the upper uselessness managers like the dmm’s or rdops or hr who can’t make any decisions without consulting rhr. So why do we need you? It’s only a matter of time before BBB is just a sad memory .

You can’t blame the district and regional staff for the bad decisions coming out of the corporate office.

Replace the ceo and have fresh ideas new blood and don’t go down the road of so many retails who no longer exist. Everyone at BBB laughed when linens and things went down, we are not far behind. Make a change at the top not in the stores. That is just a bandaid on a hemorrhage.
