When is Hans going to get around to doing something with the VES org. Absolute bunch of unethical management running this org unchecked. Boundaries they silently cross is beyond compare.

Outsourcing to Manilla and marrying the folks they train, or forcing folks to train their offshore replacement- VES.

Prioritizing customers by Billing amount - VES.

Managing by Fear and intimidation - VES

Cursing & Belittiling Folks that work OT but dare not put OT on their timesheets - VES

Can we sell them but what will they sell, the customer list? Or better yet sell the management that created this environment!

On and On VES decimates any Credo & Ethics that we swear by. Im all for Hans to 2.0, Infosys this group.

The fact they've been allowed to do this and terrorize everyone else in the process is disheartening. Throw the whole org away. Move long term managers and directors into another sect of the company where they no longer have such a strong negative impact!

The more they sell, the more they lose. It’s a business consisting of order takers (sales people) colluding with the customer to lower the cost, via early renewal, to screw the mothership with negative margin deals. Then, they throw capital at these great customers to boot. This is a complete losing business model.

Correct on History, But what about the Unscrupulous folks in charge today!

I wont complain about their techs. They go above and beyond at a lower wage scale than VZT techs.

Its their upper management that are unethical crooks!

Mostly former MCI crooks, cooking books is a speciality.

Still happening. Inflating completions, hiding capital labor costs, ignoring company safety and quality requirements. Check, check, check.

Time to merge them with the grown ups, send their management packing, put their techs into a garage and teach them how to work for a living.
