If you have career aspirations you can’t stay under low STI for long. Even at 100%, with no raise you are actually making less money over time and making yourself less competitive in the marketplace. If you’re under the radar/e-working 3-4 days a week then you can at least inure those soft benefits from the cost savings of being home/Netflix and chilling. Otherwise it’s a horrible “bonus” system.

Surprised to see the high multiplier. Much better than expected. Interesting

I was told my section is allotted all 100%, how that gets broke. Down to individuals is a joke.

Omg how true. And the lower grades get peanuts. When we were put on that system. That was death of any shred if morale left. Think it was bemossche. A grade 17. 3400. Shame and thats at 100% not counting if your slimy mgr shaves more off. And after taxes its really nothing per paycheck. On top of no raises for 10 yrs. Ot dried up. And doing jobs of rifd employees plus ones who walked and werent replaced. All this in a toxic environment and chaos constant threats of layoffs. User unfriendly. Evrr changing systems with no smes to help as all let go. I drag my feet every day would never kill myself for aig. 3400 for a 17 supporting a team and same for someone who doesnt. Hoe fair is that?

sti process is a joke. different departments in the same org getting different amounts based on someone's arbitrary review, but no one knows who or what goes into that number. pay grade 19 and below is paid in full and top execs are taken care of with $2B stock by back to secure their lti. who gets hit? mid level workers that have been here a long time. most people in this bracket are hard workers that used to care.

this is supposed to motivate us by assuming that one department works harder than the other? go ahead and ding my sti. every percent you take is a percent less effort I put in. hr at aig is impotent if you do the at least the minimum amount of work so looks like I will be working part time for full time pay and that is why aig will never regain its standing. because there are hundreds or thousands of employees that feel the same way.
