Today's check looked more like my last years February check when I was forced ranked and only got half my bonus. I was expecting 4-5k more.

Tax that baby. Tax it now. Audit those who got. Purchase a brand new GM Vehicle and support your company. Keep working hard and get more income. If you defer bonus it will be addressed at 70.50 years of age. You will see how it works. Congrats to all.
If you are laid off, you will get full bonus. If you are still employed, you are at the mercy of your manager. One silver lining of layoff is getting full bonus.
And you did not know this ahead of time. Right. LMAO all the way to the bank.
