My comp is up from last year and I’ve been told I’m a valued employee and they want to keep me. Even so I’m beyond disgusted and put off by the direction this company is taking. I can’t imagine how many others who have been demoted or had their comp package cut must feel. I’m going to leave, it’s just a matter of finding a place that won’t be even worse than this.

Good luck with that. Make sure you research the rules for voluntairy termination and the affect it could have on your budget.
