Honestly just sitting at the rally meeting made me sick to my stomach listening to the cover up. I haven't been privy to any new information but I know what the outcome is going to be. It's very sad. We have so many dedicated employees. My conscious just can't take it anymore. I wish everyone the best of luck through this difficult time. Any new info I will be sure to pass a long.

We’re you privy to new information or just decided to be more open with things? Either way I commend you for your honesty. Your comment won’t change the outcome but if it helps someone make a better choice based on a better picture of what’s coming, you did a good thing! I know people can be brutal on here with their comments, management hasn’t had a good history of being honest. Welcome to the good side!

It’s always nice to benefit from something you don’t have to pay for. Of course Mondelez endorses dsd, they sell more product that way. Unfortunately the ones that pay for it aren’t willing to continue to foot the bill. They haven been investing in CAO and building $60M warehouses to house dsd. The tide will soon turn and control will go to the retailers. Watch what this will do to Mondelez, outside of dismantling dsd. Those shelves that are void of Keebler product at Kroger, that’s gonna be us. A few more OOS for Kroger is far worth it when you see the bigger picture!
Every time I hear my DM repeat the phrase “we are committed to dsd” I laugh. It’s hard to watch because we both know how irrelevant that is!

Sure they endorse DSD!! Too bad the retailers do not!! That's how it will end. Upper management will say that they are committed but the retailers decided to pull out of DSD. Watch and see. Won't be much longer!
That article came out right after Keebler announced their departure from DSD. We don't want too many people leaving before we're ready for our exit. Read some employee reviews lately. It appears the process of running people out the door one by one is under way. Severance saver? If they are replaced a new victim will get nothing.
This article is true. Mondelez does endorse DSD. I have to be honest though, DSD will be ending. I don't know the exact timeline. All they been telling us is to keep everything as normal as possible. I've always tried to be honest on here. If I hear any confirmation I'll pass it along to everyone. Best of luck all!

It’s not up to Mondelez, not sure why people do not understand that? “Mondelez thinks you are valuable”, haha! Of course they do, they need us until the end. I’ve had two merchandisers quit this month. PT merchandisers won’t get a dime so why hang around? Zero incentive so they need to retain all the help they can!
