Selling Management to Infy

Hans should have kept just his direct reports and the first layer managers from the bottom and sold off every directors, VPs, and sr managers to infosys at 3 for 1 price and kept all the talented IT employees to the company. That would have saved the knowledge in vz and saved lots of cash on salaries, bonuses and stock options to all these worthless middle managers. This would have had ZERO impact for our customers.

Their job is basically to ask their EA to prepare the power point and BS that to the people with real skills. They do not produce any value to our customers and cost too much to the company.

Isint it so amazing that these chart monkeys pull you away from your daily real work and force you to be in the conference rooms to watch them stroke their charts.

Typical VZ leadership - Zero Value Power Point and Spread Sheets junkies. Always aspiring for applauds, always working hard to boost their strength by having more people reporting to them. Sort of like hording sub ordinates to make themselves feel strong. Zero personalities, mostly cheap labor from third world, and great amount of " i am the boss" attitude.

Good idea, but only directors and above get stock options. And there are some good sr. (2nd lvl) managers.
