I watch trains sit 5 and 7 and 12 hours every night in North Platte. How does this make sense?? Not only are they coal trains...but Z trains too????!!!! WTF????? Lots of dwell and lives being destroyed.....in the name of progress?????

This is crazy. This is what UP has come to. Coming to work every day with uncertainty of not having a job. Shops across the country not knowing what’s next. UP was a job we’re you knew if you showed up to work and did your job everything else took care of it’s self. I pray for you those affected and there family’s. Time will heel and of other doors god has plan for you will open.

Of course! It's not what you see with your eyes it's what the reports, computer screens and bs fed conference calls say that matters! Who cares if these engines actually make inbound on time or management can't ever have an actual plan or enough of us to get cars spotted and the engines serviced before we tie em up for 1st is! They'll fake that too! Run em out the signals and hold the eot just before them arming it as it just exits any yard! It's the mo--ns manipulating the metrics to save their asses costing the rest of us and Omaha and the shareholders are blind deaf and dumb to it or just don't care.
