I know the rumor circulated about layoffs in March, and well, March is here, so I’m starting to feel a little stressed out, especially given that most, if not all, rumors turned out to be true lately. Any additional info or rumors on the alleged layoffs in March?

Look, I know you're stressed. I get it. I used to be that way too. But layoffs are something that is well beyond your control, as well as mine. Instead of focusing on the things you cannot control or change, focus on making things more secure in your own life so that if layoffs do affect you, you'll be able to weather the storm. Have a financial Nest Egg, have a savings account with at least a few months' worth of bills put aside. Make smart decisions. Scale back on your spending where you can. I know this may not be what you want to hear, but I used to worry just like you. Now, I've taken all my overtime pay over the past year and I put it in a savings account so that if I'm laid off, I'll be fine. Just focus on what you can control. You cannot control what decisions are made by exec mgmt! Do yourself and your sanity a favor, just take some deep breaths. You cannot control what is about to happen. None of us can. Just make smart decisions in your personal and financial life and do your best! Do not give BNYM the satisfaction of robbing you of your sanity!!
