Are other people getting the DLP email notifications from ISD about information security loss prevention even though the information you sent contains no confidential information? Their algorithm is clearly not working properly and creating false flags. The company ans/or management better not list this as me failing to following proper procedures especially when they can't explain details behind why something was flagged. Tired of this company's shady practices to reduce staff.

Same thing happened to me, for same reason. :-(
@bnymellon.com email addresses are considered sensitive information. I had to review an employee email sent from work to his home address, and turned out it was the other BNY email addresses on the original email that caused the alert.
And THAT brings up yet another BNY topic: we can no longer print from our BNY laptops AT HOME. Hence sending email from company laptop to personal email on home device, just to print.
Got him off the hook with a warning: BNY Mellon a bit (!) weird these days, please just comply.
It's definitely not working correctly, I don't want to elaborate further due to tracing back to me.
