Best cost cutting sharade yet my monthly incentive gone. Then they tell me I got a salary increase It was about 60 perecent of what I had been averaging in incentive. Hell of a way to let us know we just got a pay decrease.

The big investors like WB are running this company and are expecting it to be lean and mean so that they can cash out when the stock appreciates significantly. What the employees do is really meaningless outside of this context and are totally worthless if they are not directly relevant to the balance sheet. So good luck to all of you and work hard, your efforts will not be noticed or appreciated and you will probably still be layed-off!
what is so batsh-- crazy about this is that BOA is having record profits and record revenue this past year, moreso than any other year. yet they are cutting pay and severely reducing incentives along with dumping higher workloads on our backs. and yes, true also about a "less than perfect deliverable" putting you on the chopping block to get fired. so back-stabbing marxist political. this is why the wells fargo employees are trying to unionize. we have the same kinds of crazy sales quota plans and super high sales pressure from mgt. - just like wells, perhaps worse.

They eliminated my department's incentive years ago.
My merit = 0, bonus = reduced, band = forced from b4 to b5 . . . Strategy is to overload expectations, burn you out to the point of quitting or deliver a less than perfect deliverable and get fired.
The company is always shocked when we can do simple math and are upset by it. And as far as the sorry sad person that didn’t get a raise...boohoo...it happens every year if they think they can get away with it, they think you are a sheep, wake up!
