Having posts of pseudo profanity and mudslinging of individuals deprecates the value of the site that could be used for positive communication and support among current and ex-employees. Others who look at this site should see that BNYM employees are justified to have a better working environment and improved management. Any member on the board would say that people who choose to use their valuable time to express themselves in various immature ways, should be let go.
I don't see an alternative to those that want to talk trash, blow off steam, or post incorrect data (glassdoor rating is 1)
