It’s unfortunate we got caught up in John Visentin ’s, Carl Icahn’s, and Darwin Deason’s agenda to line their pockets with more money. They have destroyed the morale of the employees who dedicated their lives to their core company. We all know what GIS brought to the table, but Xerox didn’t care. Right now, these men are looking for the quickest way out, while making a buck, and not giving a damn what they’re destroying. GIS was Xerox’s Powerhouse, but not anymore. Eventually, there will be nothing else to cut, and Xerox will have to rely on their sales. GIS sales reps will not stay with Xerox. The comp plans s---, and after they see the people who work so hard for them get laid off, they will be reaching out to our competitors. Good luck not having GIS around.

You are so right! Poor sales representatives if they ever lacked support by getting deals closed and bids won with cheap pricing procedures that internally no one ever bothered to make competitive enough.. nor will they have the support as always from back office whom have only managed to impact them with screw ups and making them work double by having to take over personally to get the contracts done themselves. I can’t imagine, what support will they be left with? Sales was always a target they never really valued these people and specially when they let them go.
They are ruining the best thing that ever happened to them, I will miss my counter parts at my sister cores, but time to move on. Sales I feel bad for you because you know our competitors are using this Xerox collapse as a bargaining tool against you, get out and go work for a company that has technology worth buying!
Please let’s consider management is joke for these areas!!! Let’s not even get into back office support!!!

I also agree and let me add, not only have we committed to our own cores but we have been one and unstoppable as one....GIS! It will be a long time and maybe never that you see such a large family perform and succeed at our level. This is all about greed!
