I know they get rid of people like that.. we also had a few in sales which were cut off as well
out here in xBS land we had a director that did none of this stuff. he was awesome and did more for the employees then everyone else here combined. added flexibility, promoted the right people, moved people into the right roles, removed the deadweight. they rif'd him in january. that's what you get for being a great leader i guess.
