I've applied to over 10 different similar positions which I'm overly qualified for. So far, all rejection emails, not even a phone interview or a call from the recruiter. I have my two prior supervisors even recommending me and my prior performance ratings were always achieves or exceeds. Just wondering if anyone knew for sure if there is some sort of ban on re-hiring laid off employees?
Trust me, I'm trying to find outside employment, but I was hoping to still be able to get back to a similar role at BNYM as a back-up plan. Anyone else finding it difficult to get an interview? Any success stories?
