I'm so sorry to hear about the troubles in the UK. I left the company 6 months ago, and had a really bad departure experience. Somehow I hoped my experience was an isolated event, and that as a whole the company will be ok, that my colleagues will be ok. I am saddened to see this is not the case, As in most redundancies I have no right to ever discuss or ask questions again, My only advice is that there is life "out there" and companies who appreciate good work ethics.
