Like Trump uses TV and the media to go straight to the people with no filter , people should be proud of this site and be fact based only so that employees around the company can communicate and validate what things that they are not willing to go to HR with fearing backlash from the company.

Board of pharmacy was in my store and was not happy at all with staffing levels. Place was on fire and he asked to speak to me (store manager). Told him we are operating with the demand we are given, told me that this is unacceptable.
Once I secure a new position I’m talking to lawyer. My question is Why hasn’t anyone gone to the news channels to tell their stories about the harsh conditions at cvs. Imagine if 100 people did that...1000 people....10,000 people

Go straight to an attorney if warranted.
CVS HR is not set up to protect and help the employee..... it’s only function is to keep the company out of lawsuits when screwing its employees. The ethics line is a joke..... nothing on there is confidential. Whatever question or concern you have goes straight to your supervisor.... you ask them a question about a “possible” scenario and tell them not to inform your supervisor.... it’s gaurenteed they will and you will be held accountable in some way.
