I’m told GMs called their clubs early this morning and instructed club to take ALL Sams Club signs down? No explanation just take them down? WTF??

We have never taken down this many signs. Especially the register open/ closed signs. Members are getting p-ss-d and it makes it impossible to close a line in a timely manner or figure out where people go .
If you go to the Online Ordering System on the WIRE, not to be confused with GNFR, they put updates on it for signage removal. By putting it on AMP this year was a verification to make sure it gets done, otherwise it just tends to get ignored until you have a visit.
I don't remember having to take down all signs every year.
It's the Yearly Signage Removal Guide that every club has to do every year. It's on AMP for this week and due today. It's to make sure old signs aren't still up. That's it. Nothing to be worried about.

To 1iqm didn’t say they closed clubs this morning I said they announced on the am news Harrisburg that they are closing 60 more clubs that are low volume. Just sayin.

They aren’t going to change their logo. Would cost too much. You can’t change the hours you are open with a bunch of random signs that say 7am open js
Come on, they did not close clubs this morning. Everyone is in Orlando for YBM. They'd never close clubs without GMs or MMs.
There was not one thing on our AMP about signs coming down. EVER!
The signs were to come down well over a week ago! You guys, this is why our clubs are failing. We hire people who don't know how to read and can't follow simple direction.
