Block scheduling

So how does this work? Does seniority have any effect on what you work or how do they pick who works what shifts? Just curious.

What does block scheduling look like for fresh? I keep hearing front end examples but fresh and front end needs are different.

Those that think seniority is still a thing are oxygen thieves.

Well I'm in a fresh area so I was just curious. I've been at the company almost 13 years. Just had me thinking.

At our club shifts are based on seniority. Also depends on what area you work in..Our gm picked everyone's two days off..you can pick two days that u would like off but does not mean you will get it. Example full time on front end 6-230 130-10 if your full time..part time is 9-1 130-10 or 5-9.. alot more closers but very few openers
