This is a temporary blip in my plan.
I have many ways to cause you underlings stress and frustration.
I have my cohorts brainstorming ideas and soon a new plan for pain will be revealed. I've made this their development goal for 2019.

No problem with fewer levels of management. Huge problem with the way people were reorganized.
