Thread regarding Bank of New York Mellon Corp. layoffs

Support Our PAC?

Sorry Charlie, you no longer have a shred of credibility. You don’t support us, we won’t support you.

I give you eight hours a day of good work, I get my paycheck. That is now the limit of my employee engagement.

I am curious why the biggest donation would go to the DCCC ... who you would figure would be completely opposed to any rollback of dodd-frank. I absolutely agree with the post earlier about AOC and corporate abuse ... same thing with this, Dodd Frank absolutely needs to be in place to prevent even more bank abuse.

These PAC emails have come for several years now, some from Gerald Hassell. We'd all get a good laugh at them. Who in their right mind would actually contribute? BTW ... to that person criticizing AOC ... I'm not saying I agree with her on everything, but this is what you get when you see corporate greed typified as in BNYM. We need people to push back on any company, whether they formed by Alexander Hamilton, or Jeff Bezos, that displays this kind of behavior.

If you go tot eh FEC website, it donates to both d’s And r’s, but the biggest single donation is to the DCCC. Hey Charlie, if these donations are targeted to support candidates that support our causes, how does it work to support the DCCC that supports AOC and is hostile to businesses? Charlie?

When I saw the email, i thought it was just a bad April fools joke, but we are a month early. The email shows how tone deaf, tacky, and weasile -like the CEO is. I hope no one donates anything, but if there’s a way to donate a penny, it might send a funny message. The 1000 recommendation is insulting to anyone who got no bonus or something low.

I was laid off in January. Can somebody send me where I can still send my contribution? I would really feel great if I could still help them out. What kind of mo--n sends that mail EVERY year to all employees?

$1000 sure no problem, after the overly generous merit we got let’s make it $1500. LOL Seriously out of touch with his workforce.

Can he please stop sending emails trying to engage? Completely silent for months “strategerizing” big ideas (some so successful that they need to be legally halted and reversed immediately), not communicating one iota to employees like any semi decent organization that’s worth its salt would. And now wtf? Good luck turning this ship around and whatever else he was tasked to do when he has no support from the employees (to put it very nicely). Garbage in, garbage out.
