Less team leads, and more departments with a pay raise, cutting FM1(bakery+produce), and overnight to days across the whole company. Does anyone know if these rumors are true.

That is not a post from a jewelry lead. Somebody trying to stir the pot. JTL works 11-730 in nearly every club. Definitely work Saturday. You absolutely must work during the Holidays...I call Bull Sh.....

CPU now under FE but will be getting its own TL being its the future of our company. Heard present TLs will reapply for position if wanting to continue with the role and go threw interview process. More responsibility for those that remain.
Isn't the Marketing TL over CPU? Think about it, club hours changing to open at 10am close at 9pm. CPU becomes 6 to 9 people, only CPU from 7am to 10am. Drive up, checkout at CPU register, Sam's Associate loads vehicle for member. Member is happy, happy, happy. Then Sam's starts free delivery with the third party delivery company they just put under contract. Sales go up, everyone happy.

Glad my role of 32 years is safe as houses. Jewelry lead. I haven’t had to work a weekend or past 5 pm the entire time. Asked me if I could a few times around the holidays and I said no. This company owes me for my years of service not the other way.
If they make some big news release about raises then look out because it would mean alot more people will be loosing their jobs. Like last year when they announced pay increases the same day they closed up a bunch of clubs. Its called damage control.

Overnights to days is true, saw a pic of the restructuring for stocking and overnights was something they're doing away with.
From my understanding there will be an expansion of TL roles, looks like CPU will be getting a TL for sure
