Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

What would help?

Honestly, what would you do to improve the situation at Sam's other than eliminate positions and close clubs? Is there a way to repair the damage that has already been done without a bunch of people losing their jobs or is it too late already? I am leaning towards the "too late for it" probability...

Building a new store or club every 20 miles instead of building an online presence was obviously the wrong thing to do with 'sales growth'.

I think it's too late for them to fix things with the workers because they've destroyed trust. They will up and get rid of good employees, regardless if they're a manager or not, from Fresh MMs to the audit teams to wireless. People are unsure if they try to move up or if their job is safer where they are. May the odds be ever in your favor as the Sam's Club Hunger Games continue.
