Thread regarding Bed Bath & Beyond layoffs

I don’t work for BBB, but I worked for Harmon’s before you bought them. I can tell you this. The c-ap culture you all experience stems from the leadership you inherited from Harmon’s. Years ago. I started with them when they had 26 stores and when I left 3 years later they still had 26 stores. Managers, DMs, the president and the owner were all moralless scumbags. Blind eye to s-xual harassment, affairs with colleagues, lies, threats, bullying, double standards and protecting “their own”. I had never seen any like it and haven’t experienced anything like it since. Anyone brought over to BBB has forever infected your company.
