Thread regarding Molina Healthcare Inc. layoffs

LONG BEACH JUST GOT LAYED OFF

Long Beach Reps just laid off. Two departments, sups and agents. HR says die to business needs. When they asked the VP why they were specially, she didn't answer and just adjourned the meeting. Cold game. No type of empathy. Business needs. Treat people like their machines

JZ is a great leader....let’s not forget that. Our fallen Molina brothers were both great men....let’s not forget that. Oh, the girl from the gym....she was a gold digger!

Let’s all chip in now and work to make Molina great again

I love the $1000 bonus that I received on my final paycheck in December 2018 after giving 2 weeks notice to go to another carrier. Thanks, JZ

This is ridiculous on Thursday i was taking calls when I saw a bunch of people standing ,and over heard management picking people off their seats like you , you and you come here now stuck like 10 people in a room including sups and never saw them come back to their desks, they didn't even let people get their stuff . There like we will ship it to you like what if I had my purse and phone back there like I don't think so !!!.. Just crazy sh-- ever since JZ came to talk like all we are doing good and all that and that we still gonna be around he just finished spreading the black plague and that 3 months severance package is joke should be 6 months for the stuff we have to deal with talk about real stress in unbalance place to work always stepping on your heals!!!. so I heard we are gonna be all out by June then so be it but don't treat us like we are trash.

Makes sense to the 1000.00 dollar bonus we got in December because the company was doing THAT WELL! I am sorry for all that have gotten laid off. They really do mess with people's lives.

Did they offer letter of recommendation to anyone?

I don't want to hear from JZ Thursday how much money we have. How great we are doing. The only ones benefiting from Molina now are JZ and the stockholders. Load of c-ap.

That’s how Molina rolls....they keep you on the books to may 6th- but physically walk you out and say - shut your mouth, no c-apping on the way out....and...we will pay you till the 6th. At least with the brothers - they would have not pulled this stunt. Consider it a long term blessing. The VPs new and old are just lame ducks.

they offered us a severance package and said we're still apart of molina until the 6th of may. and yet, they took our badges and told us to not to speak to anyone about it. didnt even let us pack our stuff. just tried to walk us out the BACK DOOR so the rest of the department wouldnt see us leaving. by the way, the new VP didnt have c-ap to say. so much for her announcing last month how molina is now "growing"

but lets not open up the can of worms of those who they didnt walk out who are on multiple disiplinary actions. wonder why they werent chosen yet

or they're letting member services go, but they hired a new sup? thats odd

It’s true! Agents were pulled into a group meeting in Long Beach, CA and they also conferenced in other Agents from FL and TX and we were all told all at once that they were being let go. This was for Claims and Member Services Agents. Their firm response was it’s all because of “business needs” Kinda awkward being told over a telephone meeting rather than in person...

Let me guess- no VPs being walked out

Why is anyone shocked? It’s all going away folks. IT’s last day is 5/7. Nurse advice and member services are on the block in June. Stop fooling yourselves. This joint is going down!
