Half my CIP Bonus received earlier this year just went to paying my 2018 federal taxes and the other half went to the Ex wife. Kept just enough money to buy me a fifth of Jack Daniels. Just know some people have it rough.
It is a common problem at CVX.
1.40 to be exact but still not shabby.
If you don’t know, you get no bonus this year.
The corporate CIP factor recently announced was 1.50. Not too shabby.
In that case you are ineligible.
