Positions being eliminating, clubs possibly closing, positions being shifted… and that all comes without any warning and not even an announcement what do they want to do exactly. Maybe even the management doesn’t have a clue what they want to achieve with the reorgs and are building this up as it goes.

It’s not 60 days anymore. It’s 45
I was part of the club closures last year. They came to find the club closed but they were then paid the next 60 days as they tried to transfer or choose severence. They were offered services to help with resume building and help on how to interview. Each club was also required to hold a job fair, we had competitors and other Sam's clubs in our building. They were given additional monies for no reason other than the club closed too. Sam's Club was extraordinarily generous given the situation. People who assume they know what happen when those clubs closed but dont just come off looking like a$$holes
To 1wmk you say they will give 60 day notice when a club closes? Tell that to the upstate Ny club where people showed up to work and a note on doors said we’re closed. Some notice. Sams or WalMart aren’t very kind to their people.
Any changes that are major like closings or position elimination will have a 60 day notice. You will know 60 days before you are out of a job or reapplying.
Other changes that are not that minor such as policies, etc. Whenever they decide.
Center team lead change new pickup lead . Pay grade as Costco. Team lead pay change . No job loss just different titles. Change in managers .
Nothing will happen over a weekend.

Worrying or speculating does nothing . It’s like paying interest on a debt you don’t owe yet! Everyone will know soon enough!

Either they were telling the truth when they said no one is loosing their jobs, or this is the calm before the storm. I hope they were telling the truth.
