I don’t think stock price has anything to do with layoffs.
Stock price has nothing to do with revenues or profit. It is interesting how many people think so though. The folks most impacted by this are the ones with the most stock.
The pilots don’t want the plane to go down any more than you do.
With the stock sinking like the titanic, it’s only a matter of time before something happens.
