Oracle is in deep doo-doo and the management never wakes up. A lot of the VPs don't know what they're doing, they just go along like there's nothing happening, promoting the wrong people and watching the good people leave.
In APAC, the management is ensuring the good talents are leaving and brining their own people from some god damn place and screw it up, even though I am HR I couldn’t do anything. The top quality of the people are leaving past 2 years and now it’s dead wood.

This is completely true. Wrong people are promoted and many good architects have left Oracle.
it has products far away from competitiveness and Innovations in market. its not companies fault to fail on that front. its the problem created by veterns. New ppl who join here with huge expectation and find a well for career and technology dead-end for them. so the choices is ours, to move on or move with.. and with that accept the things as they exists. keep in mind & understand that these philosophies & culture cant be changed.. they are always adapted who joins them.
Architects should be on the leading edge in terms of bringing in new tech. They shouldn't be the ones keeping it from happening.
Oracle is so dead.
