We did have a therapist and counsellor in the office. They got laid off.
Pretty Insane I say !
Just going down under from here on...
Pay me 1000$ to support my political causes and I’ll allow you to keep your jobs at reduced pay for the next 6 mos!
It’s amazing how 1 person has made this such a horrible place to work.
Even worse. I have never been employed by a company that has become so anti-worker. What happened to us being their valuable assets? Among those let go were some excellent managers that understood their teams and what they did, replaced by managers that already know the new plan or will soon find out. Less management (maybe because they don’t know what their teams do), disrupted teams, more work, less credit, more BE, and the decision on WFH paused while they determine a new (diabolical?) plan. Expect new managers to get on board or be next to go in the continuing layoffs. Those that can leave, will. Good workers that remain will be unable to accomplish much, and working conditions will be a downward spiral.
What is the point of this? Who is in charge of this mess anyway?
For now, we’d need a therapist for BAH too.
Can we have a therapist , counsellor also in office ? That would help to relax..
more disruption and changes. More layoffs outsourcing and hiring of cheaper folks. Increase in technology investments and cost cutting in operations.
Next six months looking like last six months. Thinking this is just part of a long term plan.
