I know this was probably already a topic on this boar at some point, but i would like to get some info on this. Is the pattern the same at every club in which changes happened. At my club there were no sifts yet, but I’m not naive to think that that means there won’t be any, so what can we expect when our turn comes?

Company wide I believe Marketing/Membership Manager has been removed twice in the last decade.
Club per club basis? I see more managers quit than get fired. Many quit before they can be fired so they can still collect their vacation pay. Doesn't matter the position - whichever one the GM has decided is the bane of their existence that week.
