The South Morrill service track id--t is hilarious. While there where some great and intelligent employees at the service track the majority were always coming down to us "untrainables" to ask the dumbest things for example how to remove a sander bracket. They were constantly borrowing tools and parts. The last 2-3 months all we got was whining about "do you think our jobs are safe once your shop closes?" Their workers were no better than ours. We fixed just as many mistakes as they did. The difference? We didn't whine about it, we were just used to it.

This is to the whinny sh-- bag from South Morrill Service Trk. You don't know anything about the Diesel Shop, We aren't sh--ty workers, dip sh--s or r----ds. This all coming from someone who's hardest task in a hpfp c/o, who doesn't know the right from left or #1 from # 8 position. When we were PRS we were the IAM Union stupid. I was at the shop tell the last day and cleaned for 3 weeks not 3 days, nobody thought they were going to paid to stay home, o and by the way mo--n they closed the doors 9 days early. Any day you want to go task for task I'm ready being I'm unteachable. None of us wanted the shop to close, we didn't want to go anywhere else and by the way were the most productive and safest . What your excuse ? Your next Dousch cannoe.
Tricks are for kids I mean tricks are for up
Wow ..That explains why they just laid off good hardworking people at North Little Rock .. To make room for the sh!! He@ds..transferring from South Morrill .. I’m just waiting to see how many trains fall apart after leaving Jenks, ramp and service track once these guys get here ..Once UP wakes up and tries to hire workers back to fix the mess .. The workers might not come back .. Some of these guys have been laid off twice in a two year period ... Thank God my husband didn’t go back..Families that live paycheck to paycheck can’t afford to work for UP anymore ..
Locomotives are going to fail troubleshooting get stranded in the middle of no we’re
U mean leaving them in the middle of the desert
Have been dealing with this for a decade at South Morrill. The company thought it would be a good idea to rehire a bunch of rats from a failed nonunion shop called Progress Rail. Ended up with a workforce that was untrainable and continued to turn out sh--ty work. No wonder it was shut down, only part that suprised me is that it took a decade. Most recently, these dipshits did 3 weeks worth of work packing up the shop for the auction in 3 days because someone started a rumor that they would be allowed to sit at home without coming in and get paid. These r----ds are transferring to north little rock and north platte. These a--holes were not held to the same standards as the rest of us.
