If you look the market, what is virtustream? Boomi? Cloud foundry? Sometimes the company has the coolest tool, but they come in a wrong timeframe and haunting prices... A recipe to be a looser in the market. So a layoff is the "certificate of incompetence".
Virtustream isnt doing that much. Is it a private off prem cloud that can then burst to other clouds? Nope. Missed the boat.
