Everyone here has used the adjective dinosaur in association with BNYM, right? You know you have, even if it was before you became one yourself.

Way to generalize everyone who was laid off. Don't worry, I'm sure you'll get a reality check at some point.
If this creates upward mobility within the company that's actually a good thing.
I'm not exactly clear on your post ... you're associating the 'dinosaur' term with BNYM or us? or both? I'm hope you're not implying most of us simply got what we deserved.
