Sure there’s a reason: in order to sell something, one needs a buyer. No one wants to by a small retailer that in most cases is shackled to dead or dying malls from a hedge fund shyster.
As to the thread OP topic, it needs to be. All they do is miss appointments, intentionally or incompetently damage things and then try to conceal it from Sears (and the member) and in general do a disservice to both Sears and the customer by acting like they know what they’re doing.
Brings up a good point. Any reason Mr. E can't just lipstick the pig he just bought and sell it eventually?
Lazard is the vulture capitalist firm you just got sold to. The good thing about vulture capitalist firms it's that unlike Eddie, they actually want to make money with their assets. They'll at least try to pretty you up and shop you around before liquidation. There will probably be layoffs in the immediate future.
It ought to be shut down. They are terrible at "what they do". And their ratings reflect that.
It's Augustober 32nd you chowderheads! I read in on da Internet I pull outta my butt!
How do we know you're a real chief?
You got proof it aint July 2 chief?
It's as good a date as any.
Since most of the content on this board is someone's opinion, fabricated or regurgitated from the internet, what difference does it make?
You got proof on that July 2nd date there slick?
