Just because someone tells the truth about their personal Lowe's experiences does not mean that they are angry or disgruntled or hate Lowe's. Opinions are often made in hopes perhaps someone will listen and changes will take place as a result of it. People can't say that others are unable to get jobs outside of Lowe's elsewhere because they lack skills, etc., because job availability for different skill sets, The truth is that the job market varies greatly based on where someone lives. I know many who had great paying jobs in IT but could only find a retail job because there was nothing else available in the area. After being in retail for a while, you are unable to find outside jobs often because they no longer consider your skills viable after a few months outside of a certain field. People are rapid to judge but it varies based on an individual situation. There are a lot of people being very honest. Some may be written by family or friend to support their loved one who works at Lowe's so it may not even be the actual employee writing these comments but they are truthful.
