I Just Need 4 More Years from You GM

I am confident that I will make it thru these cuts. If I do, and I get those 4 years that I need, I will be dropping this company like a sl-tty girlfriend who I just caught scr-wing the entire football team.

I'm needing 30 years at least , this is just horrible. So many really good folks here in America , just sickening. I hope and pray for each and every one of you , my GM friends and family , I hope this all ends soon.

Why did we put our health and benefits information on the Intranet system called "Socrates"? Don't you guys know his famous last words? He drank that cup of hemlock and yelled:

"WAIT! I drank WHAT?"

Level Benefit

If you are eligible for Company contributions towards health care coverage in retirement (with a length of service

date prior to January 1, 1993), and are eligible for Part A and/or Part D benefits under the Salaried Retirement

Program, an additional Salaried Retirement Program benefit will be provided to you at the later of age 65 or your

date of retirement. This additional benefit is equal to $300.00 per month and is referred to as the Level Benefit

Why am I confident I will make the cut? Because I'm smart.

Go learn about the little known, unadvertised "level benefit". Then come back with your questions. This has nothing to do with the 401-k.

Are you talking about being fully vested for your 401k?? you just need 3 years of being employed to be vested 100%.

Go to the Fidelity website or Socrates, find the EOB, and read up on something called the "level benefit" if you don't understand.
