While we in here leaning on each other shoulder some butt kissing slacking employees dont even know this site exsist and when still have there job even after we gone regardless of how dedicated we were and with that being said i have begun searching for a better company to work for...i have personally watched management be aware of people slacking and calling out and will not fire them and we whole other feet to the fire firing them soon as they breathe wrong...who wants to continue working with these people and all these kids coming in as they ship us long term associates out they coming in young ending up pregnant by other associates calling out from partying and we somewhere on these sites scared of being let go...with all our committment and years of dedication...im searching for another career ive seen enough

We have associates that come in work for s week and next thing you know their associate of the month, then team leader within a week or 2...I also thought we had to have open availability we have a pt team lead...wth? Also people have came in been trained for several jobs that associates that have been there for years have been waiting for ridiculous...our mgmt s---s at 6518 Bristol Va. This place has changed so so much its just hard to believe. I wish all of you all that have been with this company luck, I myself have put in 12 yrs the last 3 to 4 have s---ed we have lost managers that have been there 20 plus years and no they were not let go they just moved on!!

We hold others feet to the fire mean me and them have held others accountable and let go for things that some still do till the day and still employed and i didnt mean to step on any toes, cause im certain several of you are the come to work to flirt and have fun and call out regularly group my comment are for us adults who have bills and value our job and mature enough no matter how much fun we have our work get done and we come to work
